Thermal Imaging
We offer Thermal Imaging during Full Home Inspections for no additional cost! Thermal imaging cameras are able to capture the transfer of energy, or temperature changes, within the home under the right environmental conditions. This makes the inspector capable of seeing things of what may be happening inside and around the home that is not visible to the naked eye.
The top two pictures show the outside of a cabin styled home. This is from a plumbing leak inside the wall and it has penetrated through the exterior wall.
The bottom two pictures show where a section of the wall insulation is missing or has fallen. This can cause energy loss and increased electricity bills.
