Having purchased a number of properties through the years, we’ve had extensive inspections, but none I would rate positively, until now.  P& A were not only very thorough, the inspector took the time to call us and go over the report and answer our questions. P&A went out of their way to help our family with our home inspection after the back to back hurricanes.  We were spared but had to replace all aluminum wiring because our home was built before 1975.  Madison worked with me to get out to our home not once but TWICE to make an inspection so as not to lose our home to forced place insurance.  I am very thankful for local businesses that still treat customers like extended family they don't want to see hurting. P&A inspectors are the best! The entire process organized by Madison was amazing, she was quick and responsive and incredibly helpful leading up to our inspection! Frank was so thorough in his inspection, gave us an update halfway through once he was done with the outside and then again after the inside. He was super knowledgeable and able to breakdown what things meant for the inspection and for the long term. Worth every penny on the inspection and report!
